Finally, the second GTA 6 teaser has surfaced, providing a ton of new information about the game, including a location that Rockstar hasn’t previously disclosed.
On May 6, 2025, Rockstar Games officially released the second GTA 6 trailer, revealing more plot details, locations on the map, and a number of new characters.
Vice City will serve as a stand-in for Miami in GTA 6, which is scheduled to take place in Leonida, a fictionalized version of Florida. Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, and the Leonida Keys are among the other places that have been verified thus far.
On its website, the company also posted a number of screenshots, two of which specifically mentioned a section that appears to be currently being kept secret.

One of the screenshots shows an automobile with a distinctive license plate for the state of “Gloriana,” as GTABase on X pointed out.
Gloriana is probably a stand-in for another real-world location, similar to Leonida, as many users are already certain it’s Georgia.
Gloriana isn’t shown in this screenshot because it was taken from the “Vice City” link on Rockstar’s GTA 6 website.
But it’s not the only screenshot that mentions Gloriana. Another picture shows Lucia, one of the main characters in the game, seated on a motorcycle with a Gloriana license plate. It’s not shocking that some cars have license plates from nearby states given how realistic the game is.
So, will players be able to visit Gloriana? There is currently no proof that this is the case. Giving gamers a whole new state to explore would be an enormous task for the creators, even with a game the size of Grand Theft Auto 6.
However, trustworthy writers like Jason Schreier have reported that VI will be “expanded with regular updates over time,” with some of those claims dating back to 2020.
Could Gloriana be a post-launch destination for Grand Theft Auto 6? As of right now, nobody knows for sure, and Rockstar has not yet verified the theory.
In any event, Rockstar will have plenty of time to gradually disclose more details, such as Gloriana’s role in VI, as GTA 6 is set for release on May 26, 2026.
